🚑 Treatment of dogs and cats in diseases of the skin (including treatment of deep and superficial pyoderma), soft tissues of the oral cavity (e.g. gingivitis), urinary tract, respiratory organs (including diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract), gastrointestinal tract (enteritis), caused by microorganisms sensitive to amoxicillin and clavulanic acid
🟢 METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
🔹 It is allowed to use the drug in pregnant and lactating animals under the supervision of a veterinarian
🔹 The drug is administered orally. Cladaxxa is administered to cats and dogs manually or mixed with food. Food does not affect the bioavailability of the active ingredients of the drug.
🔹 Dosage: the drug is administered at a dose of 12.5 mg to 25 mg (active ingredients) per 1 kg of animal body weight, depending on the severity of the disease - twice a day.
🔹 The duration of treatment with the drug is 5-7 days. In the case of chronic or incurable diseases, especially deep pyoderma in dogs and cats, the course of treatment may be 10-28 days
⚠ WARNING:
🔹 Do not use Cladaxxa in animals with hypersensitivity to β-lactam antibiotics. Do not use in gerbils, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits and chinchillas
🔹 It is not recommended to administer Cladaxxa concomitantly with bacteriostatic antibiotics
🔹 In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use of the drug and prescribe antihistamines or other symptomatic treatment
🔹 Avoid skipping the next dose of the drug, as this may lead to reduced therapeutic efficacy. If one dose of the drug is missed, it should be introduced as soon as possible. In addition, the course of treatment should be resumed at the doses and schedule of use recommended in the instructions.
🟢 EXPIRY DATES:
The shelf life of the medicinal product is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
The unused half of the tablet can be placed in a blister and used within 24 hours
