Properties and action:
Chlorhexidine is a substance with well-established disinfectant, antibacterial and antifungal properties. It has been proven to maintain a sediment-free mouth and accelerate recovery from gingivitis or skin folds. It is particularly effective in the mouth and, unlike other substances, chlorhexidine slowly binds to proteins and enamel over the next 24 hours.
Dentisept has a special paste formula that allows easy application and acceptance of the product by animals and respects the oral mucosa and teeth.
The formation of tartar and plaque can be slowed down or even eliminated with regular use of Dentisept, which affects the maintenance of a healthy oral environment.
Instructions for administration:
For direct administration in the mouth, it is recommended to attach the applicator to the tube. This will facilitate access to the back gums. Externally, the paste should be carefully laid in the area with a clean finger. In the mouth, the paste is distributed through the animal's tongue.
Dentisept can be administered daily or weekly, depending on the need.
For best results when used in the mouth, Dentisept® should be administered after meals.
