🔍 Description:
Dexamethasone is a colorless, transparent solution that provides fast and effective supportive therapy for animals.

🧪 Composition:
Dexamethasone (dexamethasone disodium phosphate): 2 mg per 1 ml of solution.

⚕️ Pharmacological properties:
Dexamethasone has powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. It acts by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators by eosinophils, inducing the formation of lipocortins, reducing the number of mast cells that produce histamine and hyaluronic acid, reducing capillary permeability and stabilizing cell membranes.

💉 Application:
The drug is used to treat the following diseases in cattle, horses, sheep, calves, pigs, foals, cats and dogs:

Arthritis
Bursitis
Tendovaginitis
Allergic dermatitis
Primary ketosis (in cows)
Acetonemia
Mastitis
Agalactia
Eczema
Dexamethasone can also be used as a maintenance therapy to achieve an immediate therapeutic effect.

📏 Dosage:
Dogs, cats: 0.25-0.5 ml per 5 kg or 0.1-0.2 mg dexamethasone per 1 kg of body weight. If necessary, repeat the injection after 2 days.

Cattle, horses: 5-10 ml of the drug per 400 kg or 2.5-5 mg dexamethasone per 100 kg. If necessary, repeat the injection after 3-4 days.

Sheep, calves, pigs, foals: 1-2 ml of the drug per 50 kg of body weight or 24 mg of dexamethasone per 50 kg. If necessary, repeat the injection after 3-4 days.

Intra-articular injections: 0.25 - 4 ml of the drug.

🚫 Contraindications:
Do not use in pregnant animals.
Do not use in animals with diabetes mellitus, chronic nephritis, heart failure or osteoporosis.
Do not use in viral infections during the viremic phase.
Do not use in horses for the treatment of laminitis.
⚠️ Warnings:

Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed 3 days after the last use of the drug.
Humans are allowed to consume milk 1 day after the last use of the drug. By the specified date, meat and milk should be fed to non-productive animals or disposed of (depending on the veterinarian's conclusion).
