Pharmacological properties
Complex feed additive for improving metabolism in the body of animals and poultry, resistance, feed conversion and general metabolic rates. It has antifibrotic, antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects, prevents penetration of a number of hepatotoxic substances into cells, stimulates regeneration of hepatocytes and normalizes liver function.

Carnitine is an amino acid synthesized in the liver, related in action to B vitamins. It participates in the transport of fatty acids through the mitochondrial membrane, is an important factor in maintaining the level of acylation of the coenzyme (coenzyme A) in cells of all types, has pronounced anabolic properties, stimulates the synthesis of muscle tissue proteins, mobilizes lipids from fat depots (liver, muscles, adipose tissue), improves appetite in animals, the activity of digestive gland enzymes and the secretory function of the gastrointestinal tract, the absorption of nutrients from feed, reduces the intensity of apoptosis of cells of all types, increases the intensity of organic acids and ketone bodies in the Krebs cycle (this prevents the development of acidosis and ketosis), the tone of skeletal muscles and myocardium, promotes rapid recovery after technological stresses and physical exertion. Silymarin is a mixture of flavonoids from the fruits of milk thistle (Silybum marianum), a strong antioxidant, blocks receptors and transport systems on the cell membrane that ensure the transfer of toxic substances into the cell, reduces the activity of macrophage cells, the synthesis of gamma globulins, blocks lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase, providing anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and anticarcinogenic effects. When interacting with cell membranes, flavonoids suppress the activity of cAMP and the process of phospholipase activation and provide cytoprotective protection of hepatocytes. Due to the structural similarity to steroid hormones, silymarin stimulates protein synthesis and hepatocyte regeneration.

Betaine is a trimethyl derivative of glycine, important for remethylation reactions and a "donor" of methyl groups. It has a choleretic, hepatoprotective and lipolytic effect. Activates metabolic reactions of methylation and fat metabolism in the liver, helps to neutralize toxic substances and improve liver function, has a positive effect on cellular hydration processes, increases overall cell tone and stimulates digestion processes.

Methionine is an essential amino acid, has a metabolic and hepatoprotective effect, is a donor of mobile methyl groups, is necessary for the synthesis of choline, due to the deficiency of which the synthesis of phospholipids from fats and the deposition of neutral fat in the liver are disrupted. Participates in the metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids, in the synthesis of adrenaline, creatinine and other biologically important compounds, activates the action of hormones, vitamins (cyanocobalamin, ascorbic and folic acid), enzymes, proteins, reduces the concentration of cholesterol and increases the concentration of phospholipids in the blood. Neutralizes some toxic substances by methylation.

Sorbitol has a detoxifying and choleretic effect, restores the volume of circulating blood. Accumulates in the liver as glycogen and participates in energy metabolism.

Indications
It is used for cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, poultry, dogs, cats, fur animals to stimulate metabolism, improve metabolic processes in the liver, reduce the risk of developing fatty liver disease, detoxify, stimulate hepatocyte regeneration and normalize liver function, increase the overall resistance of the body, reduce the negative impact of stress during regrouping, hypothermia, transportation, vaccination, intensive chemotherapy, changes in diet and living conditions, as well as to accelerate the growth of animals during fattening. The supplement improves feed conversion rates due to better absorption, stimulation of digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Contraindications
Do not prescribe to animals with hypersensitivity to the active ingredients of the feed additive. Do not use with tetracycline antibiotics and oral vaccines.

Method of administration and dosage
Use orally, individually and in groups, with water or feed in the following doses per 10 kg of body weight per day:

cattle, horses - 0.7-1 ml;
calves, foals - 1-1.5 ml;
adult pigs - 1-2 ml;
piglets, sheep, goats - 0.5-1 ml;
kids, lambs - 0.4-1 ml;
dogs, cats, fur animals - 1-1.2 ml, with babesiosis, leptospirosis - 3 ml;
poultry (including pigeons and decorative) - 1-2 ml per 1 liter of water.
The daily dose can be divided into two parts and administered at intervals of 10-12 hours, the course is 5-10 days, if necessary and especially in case of liver damage - 15-20 days.

Precautions

When using the drug, personnel

must comply with general sanitary and hygienic rules.

Do not exceed the recommended doses. In case of significant overdose, animals may experience decreased appetite, gastrointestinal disorders due to the choleretic effect of the feed additive.

Unused product is disposed of in accordance with current requirements.

Storage conditions
In a place protected from light at a temperature of +5 to +25 °C.

After opening the bottle, use the drug within 30 days, an aqueous solution of the drug - within 24 hours.

Shelf life
2 years.
