Description of the ophthalmic gel
Treatment of ophthalmic diseases in cattle and pets often becomes a rather difficult task for humans due to the inconvenience of using many medicines. Recently, a lot of attention has been paid to the development of universal veterinary drugs of broad action, one of which is the gel of the NVF "Brovafarma". Ophthalmo-gel can be used for ophthalmic problems in cattle, dogs and rabbits, as well as for otitis externa and inflammatory processes in the middle ear.
The composition of the drug includes several components at once, their combination ensures maximum effectiveness in the shortest possible time. The price of the gel is fully justified and corresponds to the produced effect.
Ivermectin is an antibiotic used in teliasis. The substance affects both adult nematodes, connecting their nerve endings, and larvae. This problem becomes especially urgent with the beginning of the grazing season. At the same time, more than 10 parasites can be in the conjunctival sac of one eye. The lack of timely and adequate treatment in such cases can lead to the development of acute purulent inflammation and complete blindness. Tylosin tartrate is an antibiotic, an antimicrobial drug that affects a wide range of pathogens. A good addition to these substances is xeroform, which has an anti-inflammatory effect and inhibits infection.
Instructions for use
For ophthalmic diseases and ear problems, the drug is applied to the desired area with 12-hour intervals for 3-4 days. In cases where the inflammatory process is caused by tick infection, the treatment should be repeated after 8-10 days. It is recommended to store the syringe with the gel at an air temperature of -10 to + 20 degrees. The drug is contraindicated for use in case of individual intolerance to the components. No side effects were detected.
