Prevention and treatment of cats affected by ecto- and endoparasites: fleas (Ctenocephalides spp., Pulex irritans); lice (Linognathus setosus); lice (Trichodectes canis, Felicola subrostratus); mosquitoes of three genera: the biting Aedes, the common mosquito Culex and the malaria mosquito Anopheles); ixodid ticks (Ixodes spp., Dermacentor spp., Haemaphysalis spp., Rhipicephalus spp., Boophilus calcaratus,) at the imaginal, nymphal and larval stages of development; acariform ticks (Otodectes cynotis, Notoedres cati, Sarcoptes canis and Cheyletiella spp.); trombidiform mites (Demodex canis, D. gatoi, D. felis); gastrointestinal nematodes (Toxocara spp., Toxascaris spp., Trichuris vulpis, Uncinaria stenocephala and Ancylostoma spp.); larvae (microfilariae stages L3 and L4) of Dirofilaria immitis and Dirofilaria repens. Method of administration and dosage: The drug is prescribed once to adult cats and kittens from 3 months of age and weighing more than 2 kg. The drug is applied to dry, intact skin of animals on the back of the head, and in case of infestation with ear mites of the Otodectes cynotis species - to the skin of the auricle. To apply the drug, cut off the tip of the pipette and part the animal's fur so that the skin is visible, press the tip of the pipette to the skin and press the pipette several times to apply all the contents to the skin. The dosage of the preparation is as follows: cats weighing up to 4 kg - 1 pipette of 0.6 ml of the preparation; cats weighing from 4 to 10 kg - 1 pipette of 0.8 ml of the preparation. If animals are affected by ixodid ticks, the preparation is applied in a dose of 1 drop directly to the tick and the place of its attachment to the skin. If the tick does not fall off spontaneously within 20 minutes, it is carefully removed with tweezers. For therapeutic purposes for sarcoptosis, demodicosis and notoedrosis in cats, the preparation is used 2-4 times with an interval of 7-10 days; for prophylactic purposes - once a month. Treatment is recommended to be carried out in combination with the use of etiotropic, pathogenetic and symptomatic agents. For the treatment of otodectosis (ear scabies), PerFect® TRIO drops are used once. During the treatment, it is recommended to clean the ear canal from exudate and scabs, and in case of otitis complications, prescribe antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agents. If necessary, the course of treatment is repeated. The duration of the protective effect of the drug after a single treatment of the animal is maintained against ticks in cats - up to 21 days, against insects in cats - up to 1.5 months. Repeated treatments of animals with the drug during the parasite activity season are recommended to be carried out according to indications, but not more than once a month. In order to prevent re-infestation with fleas, the animals' bedding is replaced or they are treated with an insecticide in accordance with the instructions for use. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug! Do not use in kittens under 3 months of age and weighing up to 2 kg! Do not use in weakened, sick and emaciated animals! Do not use the drug to treat other types of animals, especially rabbits, due to the risk of adverse reactions that can lead to the death of animals.
