Description
Appointment
The immunochromatographic express test is intended for qualitative one-step detection of Toxoplasma antigen (Toxo Ag) in feces or blood serum. During the analysis: 5-10 minutes
The principle of action
The device has a test window where there is an invisible T-test zone and a control zone. When the test sample is introduced into the sample well, the liquid will move in a transverse direction on the surface of the test. If an antigen is present in the test sample, a colored strip will appear in the T test zone. A colored strip in the control zone should always appear after the introduction of the sample, which indicates the correctness of the analysis.
Composition of the set
1 foil bag (in which there is a cassette, a pipette, a desiccant)
1 vial with buffer for analysis
1 centrifuge tube
Instruction
Analysis procedure
Remove the cassette from the bag and lay it horizontally.
Collect fresh animal feces on a cotton swab.
Insert the swab into the vial of assay buffer, leave for one minute to ensure sample extraction.
Pipette 3 drops of the test sample into the sample window.
When using serum, dilute it 1:3 with sample buffer and place 3 drops in the sample window
Taking into account the results after 5-10 minutes. The result after 10 minutes is not valid.
Interpretation of results
Positive: the presence of two colored lines, both in the control zone and in the T test zone, and regardless of the intensity of the color of the test line, the result of the analysis will be considered positive.
Negative: presence of one painted line FROM the control zone.
Invalid: no painted line in the control area. Even if there is a painted line in the test T zone.
Storage
Store at temperature (2-30 ° C). Do not freeze. Avoid direct sunlight. Expiry date (18 months). The date of manufacture is indicated on the package.
