COMPOSITION

1 ml of the preparation contains the active substance enrofloxacin - 50 mg,

excipients: potassium hydroxide, sodium edetate, benzyl alcohol, glycerin, water for injection.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Enrofloxacin is an antibiotic of the fluoroquinolone group of the third generation, it inhibits DNA synthesis in the nuclei of microorganism cells, acts bactericidal against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacteriaceae spp., Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Actinobacillus spp., Brucella spp., Bordetella bronchiseptica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella spp., etc.), and also acts against mycoplasma (Mycoplasma spp.) and chlamydia (Chlamydia spp.).

APPLICATION

CALVES: treatment of animals with respiratory and digestive tract diseases (pasteurellosis, mycoplasmosis, colibacillosis) caused by microorganisms (E. coli, Haemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp., Mycoplasma bovis) sensitive to enrofloxacin.

PIGS: treatment of animals with septicemia (caused by Escherichia coli), as well as with respiratory and digestive tract diseases caused by microorganisms (Haemophilus spp., Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae) sensitive to enrofloxacin.

DOGS: treatment of animals with diseases of the digestive tract, respiratory organs and genitourinary system, as well as skin diseases and wound infections caused by microorganisms (E. coli, Salmonella spp., Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Staphylococcus spp.) sensitive to enrofloxacin.

Slaughter of productive animals for meat for human consumption is allowed 12 days (calves) and 13 days (pigs) after the last administration of the preparation. Meat obtained before the specified period is disposed of or fed to non-productive animals, depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian.

SHELF LIFE

24 months. After the first withdrawal of the drug from the bottle - 28 days at a temperature of 5 to 25° C.
