I. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. Gamavit - a drug intended to increase natural immunity, immunocorrection and reduce the effects of poisoning in animals.
1.2. Gamavit contains as active substances: sodium nucleate - 0.002%, acidic hydrolyzate of placenta emulsified denatured (PDE) - 0.05% and as auxiliary substances: medium 199 (balanced solution of salts, amino acids and vitamins) - 10.0% and water for injection - up to 100%.
1.3. In appearance, the drug is a transparent red liquid.
1.4. Gamavit is produced in the form of a sterile solution, which is packed in 2, 6, 10 and 100 cm3 glass bottles and 450 cm3 in glass bottles of appropriate capacity, closed with rubber stoppers, reinforced with aluminum caps. The vials are placed in 1 or 5 pieces in cardboard boxes along with instructions for use. Each bottle is marked with the indication of the manufacturing organization, its address and trademark, the name and purpose of the drug, the content of active ingredients, the volume of the drug in the bottle, the inscriptions "For animals", "Sterile", batch number, production date, expiration date, storage conditions, state registration number, information on confirmation of compliance, designation of the gas station. The drug is stored and transported in the manufacturer's packaging in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature from 20 C to 250 C.
The shelf life of Gamavit, depending on the storage and transportation conditions, is 24 months from the date of production. The drug is not suitable for use after the expiration date.
Vials with the drug that has not been used after opening, as well as without labels, with a violation of the integrity and tightness of the closure, with a changed color and consistency of the contents and with the presence of impurities, are subject to rejection with subsequent disposal.
II. PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
2.1. Sodium nucleate and PDE, which are part of Gamavit, stimulate natural immunity, increase the bactericidal activity of blood serum, the resistance of animals to stress and excessive stress, have a detoxifying and immunomodulating effect, increase the safety and weight gain of young animals.

2.2. In terms of the degree of impact on the body, Gamavit is classified as a low-hazard substance (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), in recommended doses it has no local irritating, allergenic, embryotoxic, teratogenic and carcinogenic effects.

III. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

3.1. Gamavit is used to prevent and treat diseases of animals and birds. The drug can be used in various ways: subcutaneously, intravenously, intramuscularly and with drinking water.

3.2. For prophylactic purposes, Gamavit is used:
* 0.2 ml per kilogram for a large/adult cat

0.4 ml per 1 kilogram for a small cat.

Used for 7 days, once a day
* intramuscularly for anemia, poisoning, acidosis, in the post-vaccination period, in old and weakened animals, during convalescence after diseases and surgeries at a dose of 0.1 cm3/kg of body weight 1-3 times a week for 2-4 weeks;
* to increase the weight gain of young slaughter cattle, the drug is administered subcutaneously once a day at a dose of 0.1 cm3/kg of body weight at the beginning of the fattening period - on days 1, 4 and 9;
* to increase the safety of newborn calves and piglets, the drug is administered intramuscularly once a day at a dose of 0.1 cm3/kg of body weight on days 1, 3, 5, 7 and 21 of life; * with increased loads to increase the resistance of animals to technological stresses (preparation of animals for exhibitions, competitions, transportation, moving on the farm) and vaccinations, the drug is administered intramuscularly once before exposure to stress or a course of 8, 6, 4 days before and immediately before exposure to stress factors.
* for laying hens to increase egg production and egg mass, preserve day-old chicks, and also increase weight gain in broiler chickens, Gamavit is used by the drinking method. In this case, 5 cm3 of the drug is diluted in 1 liter of water (working solution) and filled into a bird drinker at the rate of 2 hours for birds in water. Drinking is carried out for 2 hours once a day for 4-5 days in a row. Before drinking the drug, the bird is kept without water for 1 hour.
3.3. For therapeutic purposes, Gamavit is used:
* for infectious and invasive diseases (including piroplasmosis) at a dose of 0.5 cm3/kg of the animal's body weight. The drug is administered intramuscularly 2-3 times a day for 3-5 days as part of a complex of therapeutic measures in accordance with the instructions for their use;
* for deworming together with anti-parasitic agents 

worms, according to the instructions for their use, Gamavit is administered intramuscularly once at a dose of 0.3 cm3/kg of the animal's body weight on the day of deworming and again at the same dose every other day;
* to increase the fertility of female farm animals, the drug should be administered subcutaneously at a dose of 0.04 * cm3/kg of body weight a few hours before insemination; to facilitate childbirth and prevent postpartum complications (retained placenta and endometrium), the drug is administered subcutaneously at a dose of 0.05 cm3/kg of the animal's body weight 1 week before childbirth and in the preparatory period for childbirth;
* in case of poisoning, the drug is administered intravenously or subcutaneously 2 times a day at a dose of 0.5-1.5 cm3/kg. The most effective route of administration is intravenously.

3.4. Side effects and complications during the use of Gamavit have not been established.
3.5. Gamavit is compatible with other drugs.
3.6. Products from animals that have received Gamavit are used for food purposes without restrictions.
IV. PERSONAL PREVENTIVE MEASURES
4.1. When working with Gamavit, it is necessary to observe the general rules of personal hygiene and safety measures provided for when working with veterinary medicinal products.
4.2. In case of accidental injection of the drug, the person must go to a medical facility and inform the doctor.
4.3. Gamavit should be stored out of the reach of children.
