🚑 Prevention and treatment of cats with tapeworm invasions (larval and adult forms) - Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Echinococcus spp.; roundworms - Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Toxocara cati, Dirofilaria immitis (disease prevention); including with combined roundworm invasions.

The drug can be used for the prevention of heartworm (Dirofilaria immitis), if concomitant treatment of tapeworms is recommended.
🟢 Dosage:
The drug is administered to cats individually, once orally with food or squeezed onto the base of the tongue in the minimum therapeutic dose:
2 mg of milbemycin oxime + 5 mg of praziquantel per kg of body weight.

🔹 One tablet (10 mg - milbemycin oxime + 25 mg of praziquantel) - per 2-5 kg ​​of cat weight.

🔹 One tablet (16 mg - milbemycin oxime + 40 mg of praziquantel) - per 5-8 kg of cat weight.

It is not necessary to follow a diet or special feeding regimen.

Deworming cats for therapeutic purposes is carried out according to indications, prophylactically - every quarter, and also before each vaccination and mating in a therapeutic dose.
A single therapeutic dose of the preparation protects cats against Dirofilaria immitis infection for a month. For further prevention of heartworm disease, it is advisable to use a drug containing one active substance, milbemycin oxime.
⚠️ Contraindication:
Significant renal and hepatic dysfunction!
Do not use the product in kittens under 6 weeks of age and/or weighing less than 0.5 kg!
Do not use in exhausted animals and those sick with infectious diseases!
Deworming of animals during pregnancy and lactation is carried out when necessary and under the supervision of a veterinarian.

🔹 Milbemycin oxime is a macrocyclic lactone obtained by fermentation of Streptomyces hygroscopicus, type Aureolacrimosus, acting on larvae and adults of roundworms parasitizing in the digestive tract of cats, as well as on larvae of the roundworm Dirofilaria immitis (microdirofilaria). 🔹 Praziquantel is an acylated derivative of pyrazinisoquinoline. Praziquantel is active against tapeworms and flukes. Increasing the permeability of the parasite cell membranes to calcium ions leads to membrane depolarization, muscle contraction and damage to the integument, which leads to the death of the worms and contributes to their removal from the animal's body.
